Hello,

The interview appointment letter states to bring evidence of selective service registration. I came to the US at the age 20 and from age 20 to 26 was in F1 student status. I did not register for Select Service as it is not required. In this situation, do I need to get any proof that I did NOT need register for the Selective Service?

Thank you for your answer.

go to https://www.sss.gov/RegVer/wfVerification.aspx

this is the selective service website, and you can type in your details to see if you registered. The chances are you are registered since most F1 students are. Its not something you apply for. You must have mistaken the letter for junk when it was sent to you.this is common with most F1 students.
Hope this helps.

Nope. Totally irrelevant.
