My sister became US citizen on 2013 and she took naturalisation oath ceremony (no judge was present ) in Los angeles.During this time she changed her name ( She added a name to her last name during this oath ceremony )and was not given any evidence of name change OR court order.
She wants to petition i130 and it requires evidence of her name change,please help how can we provide this?
