Dear Friends,
I have received my GC last week. And have name problem in it. My last name is printed as first and first name as last. I have called VSC and they told me to wait for some letter from them before going to local INS (Newark) office.
However form I-90 instructions says that submit this form at local INS office in person. Therefore I am not sure as to wait for some letter from INS or go directly to local INS office.
I consulted my lawyer as well and he suggested me to send the I-90 form to VSC by mail.
I have now confusion as to what way to follow.
If anybody has same issue please share your experience and
give yr comments/suggestion in this matter.
