Entry thro' H1B Visa - Please help.

Hi Gurus please help,
I am in India due to health issues for the past 2 months and my company has terminated 3 weeks back.

I have valid H1B Visa till next year (Sep 2006).

Also I have valid EAD till Nov 2005.

Can I enter to US
a) using my present H1B (without worrying about anything and search for another employer)
b) or EAD to enter and look for another job.

Which is the best option ?

Pease help.
