Please help me with some information regarding entry and exit from Canada. Me and my husband plan to fly into canada next month as we have got the immgration of canada. We want to stay their for about a week and then get back to US.
Is it possible to fly back without the PR card?
What is the issue about I -94?
My husband has a valid H1-B, and I am on H4.
We won't be taking any belongings with us this time. So is its O.K if we mention them in the list of items to follow?
Our port of entry is Vancouver. So is it necessary to enter through this entry even if we are flying?
It will be really great if anyone can help . Meanwhile I am going through the threads to gather information. But some things are really confusing me like if they issue a"not valid to travel" on your passport then how do we travel back to US?
