Employment Verification Letter RFE format?

Can someone tell me what is required for RFEs for Employment Verification? Who has to sign? HR? Is there a standard form or is a company letter OK?

lawyer will send format of employment letter

Hi:

generally lawyer supposed to send the format of employment
verification letter on which your HR has to sign and mail it back to
lawyer. If your lawyer does not send format i think HR will give
this letter. You better send last 2 or 3 paystubs, W-2 of last 2
years as supporting documents.

I received RFE for employment letter verification after I changed the job (after 180 days). I got employment letter from HR metioning salary,job title and job responsibilities. That\'s all. My case has been approved already.
