Employment Ref

Guys, did you notice any pattern in which NSC issues Employment based Refs? I was wondering if this Ref gets issues when there is a change in the employment during I485 processing, and/or depending on the reputation of the company you work for?

any thoughts?

It seems to get issued for everyone irrespective of their situation ... doesn't matter if you have changed employers or not.
