I've to leave to India due to an emergency.......My Advance Parole is expired and I'm working on EAD since Aug06. What are my chances of returning back to USA.
My current company applied for my H1-B and it is valid till 2010. Can I apply for H1-B and H4 for my wife in any Indian consulate????
What is the procedure to get an emergency Advance Parole. I've to leave the country in the next 20hours. Can I get an emergency parole tomorrow if I walk to any local USCIS office.
