Email Response - TSC

Sometimes I just feel like giving up... I have written several emails to TSC inquiring about my case, since my whole family and several friends that have filed after my receipt date, have already received their GCs.

This is the email I received from TSC today, they stated being processing March 29 2004; however, we have seeing several approvals after that date...
It upsets me that on the phone when I talk to them about this issue, they claim to "respect the filed order" but in reality many 2005s and 2006s are randomly approved every day.

I apologize for what you obviously understand better then most. Rather
then having cases back and forth between two buildings 20 miles apart we
prefer to work them when we get ahold of them. It is not a perfect system.

Thank you for your reply.
Those various reasons that cases get taken out of date order must
happened a lot, since it is not only the case of my family, but a few
hundred cases that I see beeing approved every month in the law firm I do
an intership, and most of them are mid-late 2005s and early 2006s.

I understand that your office is processing march 29 2004, but I just
feel that it is not fair seeing hundred of cases, in the law firm and in
the immigration forums, being filed after mine and have been approved.

Thanks,

xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Mr. Cordova, officially, we are working on cases filed on March 29,
2004. For various reasons sometimes the cases get taken out of date order
as it appears to have occured with your family members. Until we reach
the date when you filed yours we are unable to assign it to an officer.

Dear Officer,

I am writting you to inquire about my pending I-485 application LIN05xxx
My name is xxxxxxxxxxx, my DOB xxxxxxxx.

I am concerned that I havent hear from USCIS regarding my case. My whole
family, that have filed after my receipt date (2005s & 2006s), have
already received their Permanent Resident Cards. I would like to know if my case has been assigned to an officer for review or if is missing something.

Thank You

xxxxxxxxxxxxx
