Eligibility Check for EB2 NIW

Many, if not most, of the applicants to EB2-NIW are scientists with many publications and/or patents. To qualify, you must show:
1. Your proposed work has both substantial merit and national importance.
2. That it would be in the national interest of the U.S. to grant you a waiver of the normal job and labor certification requirements.
There are a few law firms that specialize in NIW. As this is a forum sponsored by a law firm, it'd be wrong to post their names, but you can find them easily online. Consult more than one to get a realistic assessment. Good luck!

Do yourself a favor and evaluate your profile via Ellis Porter and North America Immigration Law Group. These 2 firms are currently at the forefront of the EB2/NIW self petition having 99% success rate. Good luck!

They are useless firms as they take only easy cases, which if people applying could apply by themselves would be approved. If that makes sense. The good lawyer is the one who takes the tough cases and makes a compelling argument and win the case.
