Effect of Retrogression on I140/485--Please URGENT!!!!

Hi All,
I would like to clarify this very urgently.Please help me out.

One company is willing to provide pre-approved labor (EB2) which has PD 03/20/2004.

1.Can i use this labor and apply for I140/485 concurrently
2.If the USCIS accepts my application,does it mean that it has allocated visa number to me and processing is not affected due to EB2 retrogression.

3.What if EB2 retrogression pushed the PD before my prior date(03/20/2004),then does it affect my application.
4.Do i need to wait till it becomes current even though USCIS has accepted my application.

-Yes

-No, it just means pending, will be affected if EB2 retrogesssed.
