Hello Rajiv,
I am here in United states on L1B blanket visa.
My total stay in United states is as below.
1. October 2007 - March 2013 - Total 5 years stay (With claim period of out of states). -> Went out side of US after 5 years. to reset the clock.
2. January 2016 till now --> L1B Blanket --> Visa renewal is applied.
Meanwhile, i have applied for EB2 National interest waiver (But Denied).. (Denial reason was Patent was pending status instead of Approved.
What will be effect of EB2 NIW denial on L1B Renewal.
I am also studying Part time at University (Its part time study on L1B Visa).
