Hello Guys,
I had sent my education evaluation along with my I-140 application. But I received an RFE from TX Service Center on my I-140. They didn't explicitely rejected an evaluation already sent. But they need a proof of my 3 year degree equivalent to 4 year US BS.
I won't be sending education evaluation from the 1st evaluator again. I would like to use some other evaluator who is little bit reliable. Is it advisable to send Evaluation from some other evaluator right now?
has anybody faced any problems in similar situation?
Also has anybody got a denial when their degree is evaluated to US Credit of exactly 120??
