Education Equivalence --HELP ME...URGENT

Hello,

My I-140 was denied because I have 3 years degree and LC required 4 yrs degree.

My attorney is suggesting to get education evaluation done again and show my degree + NIIT diploma (2 yrs cource) as equivalent to 4 yrs degree and file for I-140.

Please let me know if any one has similiar experience or have any suggestions.

Your attorney is wrong- the I140 requires a SINGLE SOURCE DEGREE - that means NO combinations of degrees. You need to have your 3 year degree shown to be equivalent to a US 4 year degree. See http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=1261051#post1261051
He had his 3 year evaluated as equivalent to a US bachelors degree and it was accepted.
