EB3 - SRC -99-181-##### and still waiting

I keep seeing a whole bunch of approvals coming from SRC-00\'s, mostly EB2\'s and not many in SRC-99 and EB3. What gives?

Also, my fingerprints have expired in January 2001. Cant even get thru to the IIO (TSC). Any suggestions?

RD: 5/99
ND: 6/99
FP: 10/99

Are there many people in similar waiting patterns?

Some of us have made several postings regarding our expiring FP\'s and talking to IIO\'s, etc. Go to ISN.org and search for messages by my handle \'Sunny\' and you might find them. Looks like you\'re not a frequent visitor since I dont find your handle \'mefirst\' in any of the TSC tracking lists.

Is your PD current ??.
If it is you should persistantly call the TSC number.Start off at 7:30 am and keep dialing. I know it is not an easy task, but if you get through, your case will definitely be given priority based on your RD and ND.

I had the same ND and was processed promptly when the dates became current.

Also, you can ask your lawyer to fax a letter to TSC.
But calling an IIO with a valid case will deifinitely help.
