Hi ,

I am happy to inform you all that my I-140 got approved on 16th June. Those who are waiting, wish you Best of Luck. Here is my Info :

I-140 at VSC, applied alone (not concurrent)- no RFE
AOS
EB3
RD=Sept. 20, 2002
Approved on 16 June, 2003.

Can you post the first few digits of you receipt number, Mine is EB3 sep 20th notice date starting with EAC0228853XXX.

Are you a Concurrent Filer?

SSDOC,

Could you please let us know, if you filed I-1485 concurrently? What's your RD/ND for I-485 in that case?

Applied 140/485 together on the same day

My 485 and 140 are applied on the same day,
RD SEP 20th.

You should see y'r approval very soon if our logic is the pattern BCIS is folloing.

i applied concurrent with RD Sept 20

I filed concurrent 140 and 485.......

Did not hear any thing from BCIS....

Do you think concurrent makes it diff?

Yeah, as per the LOGIC a lot of ppl in this forum has been agreed with(while looking at the pattern in recent months) concurrent filing does make difference. We think that BCIS is processing
I-140 with 485 ND if filed concurrently...surf thru the approval postings and you will see for y'rself. As a matter of fact you might see your approval as well soon enough...:)...I am hoping for my approval as well b/c I also have the 485ND as 09/20/02..so let's hope for the best.
