Friends,
Today I recd. RFE for Employer\'s letter and pay stubs . And I\'ve
a pay stub for the month of JAN and also for APRIL. but I don\'t have a
pay stub for seven weeks(from Feb 5 to march 25) as I was in unpaid vacation(bench??).
Any suggestion for handling this issue?
Currently I\'ve two option as per my lawyer
option 1 :
Submit JAN-FEB & APRIL pay stub and inform INS that I was in a
vacation for six weeks
or
option 2 :
Wait for one more month and get a other pay check for may and then
submit APRIL& MAY pay stub.
Additional Info:
No company change & Address change
