EB3 India...Plastic Card ordered yesterday.

hi,


Mine is EB3 case, 485 approved in the third week of july when visa nos were not available. Yesterday the message changed again to "We ordered you new cards.....".

Are they approving and also sending cards even when visa nos are not available?

Any EB3 Indian here got pp stamped or got plastic card after June 30th.

Is it that I am the only one who got 485 approved after visa numbers are unavailable...??
