EB3 catogory in pilot?

guys,

Is semi/conc filed applications comes under pilot project?. I heard that CSC is picking up EB3 also in pilot project. Is that true?
 
I think "Pilot Project" is only a term used when concurrent filings were permitted for the first time. Concurrent filings apply to everyone that has to file both a 140 and a 485 as part of the GC process.
