Checked AVM it says :currently taking 150 to 240 days to process
such Applications .I am not sure is this a common Message for all
EB1,EB2,EB3 cases or its just for EB3 Cases.

I am happy to see one more Posting here .I am not sure of your category.But i have seen many EB3 applicants getting approved with in 30-40 days e.g: for barati_s
it took 40 days to get approved .

3-6 months OR 5-8 months

As i heard on VSC voice mail its taking 150 to 240 days to process EB3
cases.

My RD is 03/04/2002.I haven\'t heard anything from VSC.When I check AVM it tells the same story of 150-240 days.So the only way out is keep urself cool.

please help me . I dont know my EAC#? I asked my lawyer she said sinece petioner\'s pettion , they are responsible for tracking. She will promptly call and inform me if she hear anything. she also said it is taking 3to6 months for VSC region is this true

2 moths at VSC if for which case is it for EB3 or EB2

How much time is taking for EB2 cases and ofr EB3 any clue please.
Actualy my document mailing date is apr 15 and since it is employer is petitioner i dont know the EAC#. My question is in how many days INS will send the RFE , what is meant by RFE? I am new to these terms can some help me plz
