was your RFE about providing proof of entry to US? Could you post a template of the affidavit that you used for this?
I just got an RFE asking for proof of entry from Canada.

LUD Changed today

Today my LUD changed with the following message that I am not sure what it means...I had called to change my address on 3/9/2005. I wonder if this is connected to that.

"Case Status
Receipt Number: LIN........

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On March 10, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Mine got approved on March 29, 2005. It looks like I got approved in EB2 (as it was filed), or alterante chargeability to Australian quota. details are in I485 forum thread.

my RFE was for EVL and vaccination.
along with my application I had submitted a notarized statement saying that i entered US from canada on suchandsuch date and the customs officer neglected to stamp my passport. i also submitted receipts of gas and food i had along the way from canada to buffalo. i don't have the affidative with me but it was just a statement of facts. good luck
