EB2 with RD 2006 approved!!!!!!!!

Same for me, RD 05/2006, stuck in NC, no LUDs since 02/2007

My RD is May 2006. Still waiting for the approval.
Had a LUD on 8/06/2007.
Went to Infopass couple of times and initiated SR.
Last time when we went to Infopass, IO asked us to wait till October and he said if we won't recieve our cards by October come and see me again. We didn't see any LUD after that.

So, we have no idea what's going on and What to expect .................

JaiDurga: Got the same response from Infopass IO that you did - mine was in Newark. Don't know what to make of it. Can you provide more details of your conversation with IO?
 
my pd 2002,eb-2.485 rd nov 2006.initially stuck in labour,now stuck in name check.called tsc and they say name checks not cleared.i.o was very rude at tsc.later when i called national service centre and spoke they said they will notify tsc to look into the case.wait for response for 45 days.

wondering if i should go for infopass.sick and tired.
 
Oh... My bad. I just had a look at the title and was happy for him. Anyways, you will be approved soon! Hang on buddy!
