Can you please report if your case is EB2 and the Priority date will be current in April 2008.

Looks like you received two RFE's within short span of time. I thought there would be only one RFE if required at 485 stage?

Yes!! I did get two RFS.

One for EVL: Employment Verification Letter.
another one for TB Skin Test.

There could be any number of RFEs depending the on situation. But usually there wont be any(none) or one. But in my case 2.
 
That's funny. Mine is originally VSC and they moved to TSC.
I don't know if it matters, though. Nobody does.
Mysterious are the ways of the USCIS.

EB2. India. VSC.
PD: Apr 2003.
140 and I485 applied concurrently: June 2005.
140 AD: Aug 2005
485 Transferred to TSC: March 2007.
NC initiated: July 2005.
LUD on I485: 2/3/08
 
I think Eb-2 will be unavailable in May 2008

Rememeber what happened in Oct 2007 when new numbers were released for eb2?. With the new namecheck rule in place, i guess eb2 numbers will be unavailable in May 2008. Whoever is lucky will get it April.

May be! I checked in Oct. 2007 bulletin EB2 was at 01APR04.
With this bulleting it is still short of 4-5 months.

I think with this bulletin probably they are making a big jump to see how far they can go.
There is a strong chance it would reverse or be at the same place on Dec. 2003.
 
That is what it might help know how many EB2 folks are pending. I recall , every one lately has been trying to be in EB2 , one way or the other that I had thought at one point Eb3 may go ahead of Eb2.

But that has not happened to great extent.

Went to the local CA USCIS Office today through Infopass. They told me that someone "touched" my case yesterday.
Hoping this is good news!
 
How many without TB skin test

How many of you haven't got TB skin test (and doctor didn't provide explanation for it)?
