EB2-NIW Nov 21 2006 approval today on trackitt

does this mean that the NSC hasn't processed yet the EB-2 NIW applicants for 2007? when do you expect to get a decision on your application? i see that you mailed yours on 10/20/07 and then received an lud on 11/14/07. what does LUD mean? how do you get this and how does it look like? i mailed my application on 01/14/08 and received only RD and ND so far. will i receive a LUD too?

LUD means last update. Create an account on uscis.gov and you can see your last update. EB2-NIW I-140 take right now about 18 month to be processed, so no, my case has not been looked at. There is some rumor about them pulling I-140 ahead of schedule if your I-480 is pending as well, but so far there isn't much evidence to prove that.
