I have filed my case under EB2, I have comination of degrees B.Sc. (2 years) + M.Sc. (2 years) = 16 years education, also I have 16 years experience in the filed in which my 140 is filed. My case is pending since June 2007.
I am scared whether my employer has filed correctly in EB2 or it should have been filed in EB3 becasue EB2 requires 4 years single source degree. In ETA 9089, employer has ticked "Yes" to (8-a) Master degree as alternate requirement and (14) As combination of degrees allowed.
My question is is it safe? I will appreciate for your help.
