I got my 140 Approved on 04/29/2004 VSC

I got the approval notice in the mail, however the web-site is still NOT updated

you guys be glad that VSC has decided to ignore the memo and are approving 140s so you can use AC21.

here at TSC, looks like all 140 adjudicating officers have gone to hawaii for training to process 485 and 140 together....

We are not seeing any 140 or 485 approvals this week at TSC
