I have undergrad degree (4 years) + 5.5 years of experience from my previous employers. My current job description states that the person need to have undergrad degree with 5+ years of experience. It does not mention anything about madters degree as that is not the requirement for my job.
Now my questions is: My immigration lawyer mentioned to me that I can't apply for EB2 category until my employer clearly states that they need either a masters degree or undergrad with 5+ years. Does the keyword "Masters" in the job description is very important for me to apply for EB2 or just the years of experience (5+) is enough?
