Am a working computer professional whose 6 year H1-B quota expires in May 2007. My current employer has filed for Green Card via Employment (EB3). Expecting the Labor ceritifications (PERM) will complete by Dec' 05 after which lawyer will file I-140.
Question:
In light of the recent retrogression as per October Visa Bulletin the EB-3 Visa # date stands at 01JAN98. Was wanting to know when will I be able to file for I-485 and second how many year's of H1-B extn will I get beyond May 2007.
