Hi Jaxen,

3 more Co Sponsors on October 21. Total 18 Co Sponsors now. I read the legislative process, and it's my understanding that the judiciary committee will decide wether the bill goes to the floor or not, and that, from the rules perspective, the number of co-sponsors is irrelevant at this stage. Am I right in this understanding ? Can a high number of Co Sponsors force the judiciary committee to bring the bill to the floor for a vote (am talking rules, not political pressure) ?
