General question- can I change jobs immediately after getting my EAD? ..and fallouts?

Request for Evidence

Depending on service center and whether your employer writes to INS, INS will request evidence about employment.
When you get this notice, you can respond with the current employment details. The new job should be similar to the one approved in LC/I140 (similar has broader latitude )

Can you do this before 180 days elapsed since 485 filling, provided you go for almost identical job

180 days is for INS to adjudicate not a condition on your change of job <EOM>
