EAD while final J waiver is pending

I applied for I-485/I-765/I-131 with the DOS favorable recommendation and the waiver is still pending with the USCIS. I was told that the I-485 would not be approved before waiver approval (I understand that) and the I-765 and I-131 could be issued even with pending final waiver. My EAD application is pending for more than 70 days without any news. Does anyone receive EAD with pending final waiver? Thanks
 
OK. Are you aware of anyone else received his/her EAD (based on pending I-485) while the final waiver is still pending with USCIS ? Thanks
 
I think no one with experience, my final waiver lastly get approved after 5 months with the USCIS, (another 5 months with the DOS before). I hope to receive the EAD soon (+83 days pending)
