i am here asking for advice since my life for myself and my family (wife and son) has been hell after i filed to adjust my status...this is how it went :
I-485 :filed on 04/17/06
I-765 I-140 : filed on 04/17/06
RFE: 07/08/2006
still no EAD
I-485 :interview on 10/03/06 :interview went well ,got sent to ICE (failure to register for NSESRS) ..they said that i will get a NTA 2 weeks later ...still no NTA
infopass: 10/29/06 didn`t do much
I-765: RFE on 11/13/06 (asking if i had fingerprints taken,which i had done on april)
i havent gotten anything yet ? is this normal? i have a family to support ..do these guys at USCIS know that people have lives and responsibilties? please i need your advices
