Guys, I went through EAD FAQs and found answers to most of the questions, thanks to PCEE for putting that together.
However, I do have some questions which are unanswered.
1) So,I used OPT, Had iEAD, 1st EAD.
I am applying for renewal, So, which cards do I need to list for question " Have you applied for EAD before?"
2)I understand that I need to attach my I-94 copy. My i-94 copy has the exp date of 9/31/03, the date my H1B expires. I am changing to EAD work status after that. So, Am I in the valid status pertaining to I-94 card or do I need to do anything to change it?
3)Lastly, for E-Filing the EAD, do I still need to send any docs to BCIS by regular mail? or E-Filing covers everything?
