I filed for my I-485 under employment based category in Aug of 2007. The I-797C says they received it on the 1st of Aug but the Receipt date is 11th Sept, 2007. I applied my renewal for EAD twice – both times on paper app under (c)(9) Adjustment Applicant.
1. Can I file my renewal application online? If yes, what do I chose under the Current Status? I don’t see the ‘Adjustment Applicant’ option in the list.
2. Do I need to pay the $380 fee for my renewal?
3. I never applied for Advance Parole before, Can I do that with the above and do I need to pay a fee for the same?
