My friend wants to file for EAD renewal online. He is working on EAD.

Question: What status (he is on) should be checked while filing for EAD renewal online?

Hi Forum,

I wannna share some EAD renewals online issues. The BCIS web page for the payment through credit cards in not working properly, i tried to give american express,visa,master but it will throw error "The security Indicator is not valid". I called customer service and confirmed that payments through any credit cards is not working, so there is no way other than paying with my checking account.

Please be aware about this issue.

Did you try leaving the security indicator blank(as it is optional).

Yep Security indicator is optional. Just don't fill it/ leave it blank.
