EAD renewal, No receipts yet !!!!

Gurus,

According to my lawyer, he has mailed my EAD renewal application on 03/09/04 and so far he has not received any receipts and my checks are not cased either. He has mailed the package by first class mail and there is no way of tracking it.

My current EAD expires on 06/30/04 and looking at the processing times i dont think I will get my EAD renewal by 06/30/04 and atleast to get iEAD it has to be 90 days after filing EAD renewal.

Do I need to resubmit the application ?

Please shed some light.

I had mailed my package on March 9th which was received by USCIS on March 12th. Today my cheques are cashed. The case sttus on the EAC number says that they received it on March 18th.

Don't worry, there are some delays in getting the cheques cashed and sending out receipts. That doesn't mean you're not there in thier system.

I applied for my wife on Jan 26, still did not received the receipt.
Check is encashed and has EAC number..

My Lawyer has sent me the fedex tracking number (he send it by FEDEX and not first class mail) and it shows that package was delivered on 03/11/04 and my checks are not cashed and even did not receive the receipts.

After looking at your replies, I guess have to wait till I hear from BCIS.
