EAD online renewal

EAD, AP online renewal

I applied online for EAD renewal on 6/26, and on 7/20 online status shows that EAD card will be mailed within 30 days.

Till date I didn't get any notice for finger prints and photo. Is INS using the old photos and FPs for renewing EADs? Is the online status correct?

Yes...They dont need the picture and FP again for EAD renewal

Same happened for my wife's case...Straight approval after filing..
 
Recd EAD on 7/24 for two years, (EB3, India).

For AP online status says they sent an RFE, no idea what they need from me ... please give your inputs
 
probably photographs or may be a copy of first page of photograph if you have not submitted one.
 
Received AP on 8/14.

Summary:

1. Submitted online renewal request for AP and EAD on 6/26/09
2. Online status on 7/20/09 says EAD will be mailed in 30 days
3. Received EAD on 7/24/09 for two years
4. Received RFE on AP for pictures on 07/27/09, mailed pictures on 08/03/09
5. Received AP on 08/14/09 for an year
