EAD online renewal question

My EAD is getting expired within a couple of months, and I would like to renew it thru online. Please help me in answering two questions in the online form.
1.What should I select in the 'Current immigration status' drop down box? Right now I am working with my EAD ( My 6 year H1 Period was over by last year) I couldn't find anything related to EAD.( I couldn't find 485 pending or Adjustee in the dropdown).

2. Do I have to write anything in the 'Concerning your eligibility status' Text area, Because my I-485 is pending.

Please advice.
 
1. if you are using EAD or AP- then Parolee (Dist/POE authorized) which is DT
2." I485 pending" and give the receipt number

Today, received the confirmation receipt, but didn't say anything about supporting documents. So, I am really confused. Please let me know if I need to send any suporting document.
