EAD info... please very very very urgent......

Hello Immigration Gurus, Urgent info required please.....

My EAD is getting expired on Jan 23rd and I have already appllied for an EAD renewal...

My question to gurus is :

-- Does any one have this smiliar kind of situation for renewal of EAD for the second time ?
-- Will the Renewal EAD will be effective from the date of Expiry or what ?
-- Can I work legally after expiration of my EAD.. If so for how long ?

I would appreciate if you can throw some opinons or suggestions on this Issue...

Hello my friend,
VASU IS 200% right, pl go to the local INS office with your old EAD card, they will charge $100 dollars for the new one, and they will give U the new one on the same day U apply for the renewal, but pl check with local INS office, what day they give EADs, some local INS office has allocated TUESDAYS ONLY., at Cincinnati, OHIO, but U may check with your local INS offices accordingly.
