I know this is a silly q's..but just wanted to clarify with all the GC guru's out here..
My wife is working on EAD and I'm still on H1B. My comp wants to file my 8th Yr H1B extension and also H4 along with it. I told my attorney that my wife is working on EAD, but my company is insisting me to file H4 extension for my wife.
I was just wondering filling H4 extension for my wife will Jeopardize her AOS status ??..please advise me.
