anyone knows the details about applying for EAD for out of campus work?
my brother is on OPT, going back to school from spring, when his OPT runs out, he just got a full time job being on OPT.
i know that we have to show economic hardship and loss of financial support.
i was showing money in my bank account for his financial support. can he go and say that i wont be supporting him anymore and he does not have much money to take care of himself, and it will be good if gets ead?
