I have a F1 visa and an EAD Due to economic hardship (form i765)
My EAD Expires next week what should I do?
I sent my renewal form and it was transferred to a different USCIS office to "accelerate" the process 3 weeks ago. But, I know that I won't receive the EAD any sooner.
Should I quit my job or be taken out of payroll? Is Vacations an option?
What are the risks of keep working with an EAD Expired? My employer is not e verify that affects my situation?
