EAD beyond 90 days and Infopass experience!

guys filed in our first ead application along with i-485 on sept 16th RD. I just can't belive that Our files have not been touched since then. no news yet from NSC...... this is very bad on their part! then wjhy do they mention on their website that we shall be sending EAD cards in 90 days.

MINE IS PENSING AT MISSOURI CENTER. I went to chicago and they told me it is approved but they do not have my photo and finger prints and gave me a date of Dec 27 for the photo and fingerprints. Hopefully I will get it in few days after the finger prints. I think you should go to local office and inquire.

this is my third EAD. The message does not change. Yes my case crossed the 90 day limit.

Guys, I got approved after 180 days!

Hey guys, finally I received the 3 magic e-mails today"Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.
My Best wishes for you all, don't just wait on your case, do something about it. I filed in july,5,2006 and rcvd RFE in dec,12,2006 !!and if it wasn't for all the letters and phone calls that I made, it would take another 60 days.
finally, thanks for the help and support from all of you, I will start work on my I-485

do i need the biometrics prior to teh approval of the EAD card?

I haven;t done my biometrics, but according to the USCIS website, my card production has been ordered.
