Hi I won the first round in the DV - 2004 Lottery. (Africa)

Although I have won, how much money do I need to have to be succesfull,in obtaining the green card. I read on a previous case that ,this was a stumbling block.

Also what are the requirements needed if I have people in the U.S.A. that are willing to sponsor me.

What documentation must be completed.

I won too from Africa and living in the U.S.A. A friend told me he only spent $600.00; this amount however will depend on your location.
