DS230 Part 1

NVC sent DS230 part 1. Attorney says we'll have to send this to NVC
& after receiving DS230 Part 1 NVC will take 6 to 8 weeks to send Packe 3 ...

Is this is correct information that my attorney is giving me ?
& When Exactly I should apply for PCC ?
BTW, Attorney is ready to send DS230 today - 03/08/2005.
Please advise...

Usually the DS 230 -Part I IS the Packet 3.

Have you received and paid the Visa issue fee to the St.Louis office of NVC?
If so, the attorney would have received this DS 230 -Part I along with a
bar coded sheet. You are supposed to fill the DS 230-Part I and send it
back along with the bar coded sheet.

It would help if you clarify the above.

If you do not belong to EB3 then this is the right time to apply for the PCC.

Yes I received and paid the Visa issue fee to the St.Louis office of NVC.
Not sure about the bar coded sheet ...I'll ask attorney

As I said We sent DS230 Part1 today , any idea how long will it take
for interview from now(Mumbai Consulate) ?
