I recently got my 1-194 and have decided to drive to Pittsburgh from here. I want to stay for about 5 weeks. I have an older computer here I would like to bring with me and give to my girlfriend. I will have a computer, monitor , printer, and some programs with it.
Will I have to declare this at the border, can I do it in advance? What do I need to know about bringing it over?
