No drug or alcohol. Red ight
Fine was $389 - mailed the check - have the bank statement that it was cancelled.

You should be fine and do not require further documentation.
This is how I did it ..
Ticket 1 .. 9 years old .. $70
Ticket 2 .. 5 years old .. $125
I stated that I was cited twice due to traffic violation in my application and even mentioned the fine amounts hoping that they would not ask for further proof. They did. I got a yellow letter with instructions to get court disposition on my "arrests". I called up USCIS helpline and explained that these were not arrests. They still said that I should produce court dispositions.
BMV was unable to help as the records were old. I went to the office of the clerk of the court in two different suburbs and got a copy of the ticket / disposition upon showing my driver's license. It is a free service provided by the office.
These were found to be satisfactory by the interviewing officer.
