Does the 180 day rule start with RD or ND ?

Since the INS experiencing mailroom backlog, the ND can be 2 month later
than RD, which counts 30% of 180 day. So which is the start date, RD or ND ?

I have a strong feeling that 180 days rule applies after counting only 180 working days. However I have no evidence to show you.
Please confirm with some one who knows the law well.

Look at Murthy\'s chat pages. It looks like INS goes by Calendar days not working days. I hope this helps.

Yup.. I think it is by Calendar days... Otherwise H-1 6 years period also would have been by working days..
