Hi,
I am trying to find if/how application for H-1B can be submitted earlier than 6 months from start of the job. I am currently on H-4 spouse visa and my medical residency starts in July 2001. If the current H-1B cap is not raised, the cap may be reached by December, hence the concern. Any response, suggestion /advice will be appreciated.
