Does Canada allow Consular Processing for US citizens?

Hi all,

I am thinking of sponsoring my Canadian spouse for an American Green Card. We are currently living in Canada and I know that Consular processing is faster, so it might be a good option for us. But I am not sure if Canada is currently doing it or not. Does anyone know if they are or how can I find this out this information?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
